The first building is characterized by an emerald-colored façade with highly elaborate cladding. It consists of eight levels (-1 to GF +6). The superstructure is made up of prefabricated columns and beams, where REIVION played an active role in the installation. Prefabricated slabs and walls complete the structure. The construction was a great challenge due to the delivery deadline—only 15 months.

Slightly smaller than the first, the second building is white, covered with architectural concrete pieces in the shape of a lotus. Also consisting of eight levels, its structure is composed of cast-in-place concrete columns and slabs.
